1. Return Window

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is denied due to condition or eligibility, we will return the item to you.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
